关于建立企业培训评估体系的研究

         

摘要

进入21世纪,随着各行业的蓬勃发展,人们对人才培训工作也越发重视,培训投入也越来越多.然而,伴随着培训工作的不断推进,如何对培训效果进行有效的评估,实现培训工作的不断改进,却成为了整个培训工作的难点之一.本文以系统化培训方法为基础,以柯氏评估模型为指导方法,通过吸收借鉴国外培训评估体系的成功经验,着重探讨了如何建立一套高质、有效的培训评估体系.%In the 21st century, by the development of the various insdustries, the training of the employee is more and more important, and more and more resources been putted in training. However when training activities become more and more frequently, how to evaluate the effect of training and how to let the training been continuous improvement become an important and difficult work.This paper is based on SAT(Systematic approach of training), and been guided buy the Kirkpatrick Model. This paper discussed how to establish an efficient training evaluation system by learning the successful experiment of the foreign company.
