Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in ovarian cyst resection in.Methods Selected in our hospital admissions of 98 cases of ovarian cyst resection were regarded as the research object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group, the control group of ovarian cyst resection patients received routine nursing, the observation group of ovarian cyst resection receive evidence-based nursing intervention, to understand the two groups of patients satisfaction rate of nursing work in our hospital through the form of questionnaire. Results Observation and nursing satisfaction of patient group 95.91%than in the control group 81.63%, statistically significant differences in the data (x2=8.005, P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing care to promote the rapid restoration of ovarian cyst resection, is worth the clinical promotion and use.%目的：探讨循证护理在卵巢囊肿切除术围术期中的应用效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的98例行卵巢囊肿切除术的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例。对照组行卵巢囊肿切除术的患接受常规护理干预，观察组行卵巢囊肿切除术接受循证护理干预，通过问卷调查的形式了解两组患者对我院护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者的护理满意率95.91%优于对照组满意率81.63%，差异具有统计学意义（x2=8.005，P＜0.05）。结论循证护理能够促进卵巢囊肿切除术患者术后快速恢复，值得临床推广和使用。
