Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Nourishing Yin Shu Yu Decoction in the treatment ofpostmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and yin deficiency syndrome in female patients. Methods In our hospital in 2011 July to 2014 August period, is extracted from the treated Postmenopausal Coronary heart disease angina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of liver qi andyin deficiency syndrome of the female patients 54 patients as the research object, were randomly assigned to it,were divided into control group and experimental group, each group has 27 patients. The control group was given conventional western medicine basic treatment, the experimental group were treated by Nourishing Yin Shu Yu Decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment. Results The experimental group of patients in the TCM syndrome curative effect is obviously better than the control group, the difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nourishing Yin Shu Yu Decoction has good clinical efficacy on the treatment ofpostmenopausal women with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and yin deficiency syndrome of female patients, and safe, reliable, worthy of popularization.%目的：分析养阴舒郁汤治疗绝经后患有冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证的女性患者的疗效。方法选择我院在2011年7月～2014年8月收治的绝经后的患有冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证的女性患者54例作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组与实验组，各27例。对照组给予常规西药进行基础治疗，实验组在西药基础治疗之上采用养阴舒郁汤进行治疗。结果实验组的患者在中医证候疗效上明显优于照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论养阴舒郁汤对治疗绝经后的患有冠心病心绞痛肝郁阴虚证的女性患者具有很好的疗效，并且安全、可靠，值得推广使用。
