随着高速数字系统的快速发展，信号完整性成为了高速传输的关键技术，其优劣已经影响到整个高速数字系统的可靠性。以高速差分连接器为研究对象，分析了信号完整性的测试方法，采用时域反射(TDR）测试技术对阻抗、串扰和数据传输率进行测试，客观地评价高速差分连接器信号完整性的优劣，为产品的鉴定检验工作提供科学的依据。%With the rapid development of high-speed digital systems, Signal Integrity ( SI) becomes the key technology of high-speed transmission and its merits have affected the reliability of the whole high-speed digital systems. High-speed differential connectors are studied, and the test method of Signal Integrity is analyzed. Then the impedance, crosstalk, and the data transmission rate of the high-speed differential connectors are tested through TDR technology.Through this method, the merits of Signal Integrity of high-speed differential connectors are evaluated objectively, thus providing a scientific basis for the inspection and identification of products.
