从电沉积金钴合金镀层的聚合物强化、晶体结构转变以及巨磁电阻金/钴交叠镀层的获得三个方面简述了金钴合金电沉积的研究现状.认为金钴合金电沉积的发展趋势主要是:镀液无氰环保化,电镀电流或电压的非稳定多样化和镀层结构与功能多样化.%The research status of electrodeposition of Au-Co alloy was reviewed from three respects including polymer strengthening,transformation of crystal structure and giant magnetoresistance multilayers.It is considered that the main development tendencies are as follows:application of environment-friendly cyanide-free plating bath,unsteady diversification of plating current and voltage,and diversification in structure and function of coating.
