MVR系统中WPHE蒸发结晶过程中液固两相流常涉及堵塞影响流动传热的现象.本文以MVR硫酸钠结晶系统中WPHE为研究对象,在对不同流速且未堵塞条件下的传热流动特性进行实验分析并验证.然后对影响堵塞与传热流动特性的关键参数:如硫酸钠溶液浓度、晶浆液固比、板间距和流速等影响进行分析.研究结果表明:随着液固两相流中固相体积分数的增加,总传热系数呈现下降趋势,下降幅度较小,在硫酸钠晶浆板间流速7 m3/h,固相体积分数比10%的工况下,板片角孔处出现了颗粒黏结导致的堵塞问题.随着硫酸钠溶液浓度的升高,总传热系数呈现上升趋势,上升幅度较小.在相同雷诺数下,当板间距增加2 mm时,WPHE的换热率降低9%左右.%In the present study, the liquid - solid two phase flow characteristics inside a wide gap plate heat exchanger are experimentally investigated. Flow and heat transfer mechanism are analyzed at different concentration of sodium sulfate solution, circulation, solid-to-liquid ratio and plate spacing through comparing the results between ASPEN HTFS numerical simulation and experimental study. Based on the research data, heat transfer efficiency of the wide gap plate heat exchanger get worse with the solid liquid ratio getting higher. The clogging casued by particle-cementation occurred at the comer of the plates, under the working conditions : the circulating velocity of working fluid being heated 7 m3 · h -1 and the solid liquid ratio 10%. Heat transfer efficiency of the wide gap plate heat exchanger get better with concentration of sodium sulfate solution getting higher. At the same of Reynolds number , heat transfer efficiency of the wide gap plate heat exchanger getting worse 10% with plate spacing getting higher 2mm.
