转炉冶炼高碳低磷钢氧枪“氮搅”工艺实践

         

摘要

Namely GCr15 class in smelting low phosphorus high carbon steel , the destination carry a gun manual way after second gun for high pressure nitrogen under conversion of steel slag pool made strong mixing, also can be in the mix and adding 200~300kg iron ore, stirring time 10 to 20s, a gun in 200 ~400 cm, molten steel [ P] can stability control under 0.018%, the average "run carbon"content is 0.01%~0.02%, and the simple “nitrogen stir” and“nitrogen stir” and adding iron ore , steel temperature drop of 13.2 ℃, respectively , and 24.3℃, as appropriate , to make up for the tem-perature increase .Test show that the “nitrogen stir” technology , the GCr15 smelting steel a fall fur-nace [P] could achieve 95% above, which will greatly reduce the high phosphorus blow rate , meet the end of high liquid carbon content .%在冶炼GCr15类高碳低磷钢时,终点提枪后手动方式二次下枪转换为高压氮气对熔池钢渣进行强烈搅拌,也可在搅拌的同时加入200~300kg铁矿石,搅拌时间10~20s,枪位在200~400 cm,钢水[ P]能稳定控制在0.018%以下,平均“跑碳”量为0.01%~0.02%,单纯“氮搅”和“氮搅”同时添加铁矿石,钢水温降分别为13.2℃和24.3℃,而适当地提高终点温度即可弥补。试验表明,采用“氮搅”工艺后,冶炼GCr15钢种一次倒炉[ P]合格率达到95%以上,从而大大降低了磷高补吹率,满足较高的终点钢水碳含量。
