苏区振兴规划是赣州经济发展千载难逢的机遇。本文分析了赣州市经济发展现状及存在的问题，结合苏区振兴规划介绍了理性预期理论，并依据理性预期理论提出了相应的政策建议。本文认为只有通过调整预期、强化信心、科学决策、最优管理，才能使预期成为促进赣州经济发展的强大动力。%The revitalization planning in Chinese Soviet areas offers a very rare opportunity for Ganzhou economic development. This paper analyzes the present situations and problems of the economic development in Ganzhou city, introduces the rational prospect theory, and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations. It argues that the expectations for the revital- ization planning in Chinese Soviet areas could be the powerful motive force of developing the economic development in Ganzhou by means of expectation adjustments, confidence promotion, scientific decision-making and optimal management.
