经济型酒店人力资源开发途径探索

         

摘要

With China' s hotel industrial structure adjustments and changes, the economy hotel industry' s scales and speeds have achieved an unprecedented development. However, because of great differences between economy hotels and high star-rated hotels in operation modes, target orientations and product characteristics, and also in demands for professional knowledge structures and professional qualities, how to develop and make the application of economy hotel echelon personnel becomes the core concern of the whole industry. This paper studies and analyzes existing prominent problems from the connotation of e- conomy hotel human resources development, and then puts forward the ways and countermeasures for economy hotel human resources development.%随着中国酒店业结构的调整和变化,经济型酒店业的规模和速度都有了前所未有的发展。可是,经济型酒店在经营模式、目标人群和产品特点等诸多方面均与星级酒店存在很多不同之处。并且,经济型酒店对本领域人才的知识体系、专业素养等方面也与星级酒店差别巨大。因而,如何开发和打造经济型酒店的适用人才梯队,成为当前整个行业都十分关注的核心问题。本文首先研究了经济型酒店人力资源开发的内涵,分析了当前经济型酒店人力资源开发存在的突出问题,进而提出经济型酒店人力资源开发的途径与对策。
