OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaobi pills by HPLC .METHODS: The chromatographic column was ODS C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (V:V=30:70), with detection wavelength at 327nm, low rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature at 25 ℃, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and sample size of 20 μl.RESULTS: Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.176 μg-1.056μg ( r=0.9997 ) .The average recovery was 97.06%,RSD was 1.02%. CONCLUSIONS:This method is accurate and simple with good specificity and reproducibility .It can be used for the quality control of Xiaobi pills .%目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定消疕丸中绿原酸的含量.方法:色谱柱为ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(V:V=30:70),检测波长为327 nm,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为20μl.结果:绿原酸进样量在0.176~1.056μg(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.06%,RSD=1.02%.结论:本方法简单、易行,重现性好,专属性强,可用于消疕丸的质量控制.
