中药煎煮液微生物限度检查及质量控制的研究

         

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status of microbial contamination in the process of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) decoction , so as to conduct the microbial limit and quality control of TCM decoction liquid . METHODS:Method of membrane filtration was used to inspect the specific component of microbial contamination and to investigate the effects of different leaning method of automatic packing machine pipeline on microbial contamination . RESULTS:The essential component of microbial contamination was focus on the process of liquid boiled out of the pipe.The effective measures to clean the pipeline were as follows: to add some water into extracting tube , make the extracting tube almost full ( 12000 ml ) and make it boiling 30 minutes then rinse the medicine mouth directly . CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to conduct effective quality control on decoction , packaging and cleaning procedures of TCM decoction , so as to ensure quality of TCM decoction liquid .%目的:探讨中药煎煮过程中微生物污染情况,对中药煎煮液进行微生物限度检查及质量控制.方法:采用薄膜过滤法检查中药煎煮液,确定微生物污染的具体环节,并探讨自动包装机管道的不同清洗方法对微生物污染的影响.结果:中药煎煮液微生物污染的重要环节是药液煎煮后流出管道时;管道的有效清洁措施为在包装机盛药筒加水至近满,约12000 ml,煮沸30 min,使正在沸腾的水流出,冲洗出药口管道.结论:应对中药煎煮的煎煮、包装和清洁程序进行有效的质量控制,以保证中药煎煮液的质量.
