目的:探讨升陷汤加减治疗剖宫产术后恶露不净的临床疗效.方法:回顾性选取2012—2016年就诊的剖宫产术后恶露不净患者105例作为研究对象.按就诊先后顺序分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例),对照组患者给予常规西药,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予升陷汤加减.观察两组患者的疗效、恶露净止时间、子宫复旧及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.23％(51/53),明显高于对照组的69.23％(36/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的中医证候积分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中医证候疗效的总有效率为98.11％(52/53),明显高于对照组的75.00％(39/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的恶露净止时间明显短于对照组;两组患者子宫三径之和较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者均未见明显不良反应.结论:升陷汤加减治疗剖宫产术后恶露不净的疗效较好,可缩短患者病程,改善患者病情,安全性较高.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Shengxian decoction in modified treatment of post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea .METHODS: 105 patients with post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea diagnosed and treated from 2012-2016 were retrospective selected and divided into observation group ( 53 cases ) and control group (52 cases ) by the visiting sequence , the control group was treated with conventional western medicine , while the observation group was given modified Shenxian decoction based on the control group .Clinical efficacy , clearance time of lochia, involution of uterus and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group (96.23％, 51/53) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.23％, 36/52), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);scores of TCM syndrome of both groups had been significantly improved , and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ); the total effective rate of efficacy of TCM syndrome of observation group (98.11％, 52/53) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00％, 39/52 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ); the clearance time of lochia of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group; the sum of three diameters of uterus of both groups had been significantly decreased , and those of the observation group were better than the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05 ) .No adverse drug reactions were found in both groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Shengxian decoction in modified treatment of post-cesarean prolonged lochiorrhea is remarkable , which can shorted the courses of disease and improve patients ' condition , with high safety .
