目的：比较厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高血压病的疗效及经济学价值。方法：选择2014年11月—2015年11月收治的108例原发性轻、中度高血压病患者，按随机数字表法分为A、B组，每组各54例。 A组患者给予口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片，B组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片，2组的治疗周期均为8周。比较2组患者降压效果，并运用药物经济学原理进行成本－效果分析。结果：治疗8周后，2组患者总有效率的差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗2、4、8周后，A组患者收缩压及舒张压水平均明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；A组的成本／效果为2．3，B组为3．6，A组的经济学价值较高。结论：厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压病效果较好，与苯磺酸氨氯地平片比较，其不良反应少，且更为经济，可提高患者的依从性，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of Irbesartan hydrochl orothiazide tablets and Amlodipine antihypertensive tablets in treatment of hypertension and the economic value .METHODS:108 cases of primary light to moderate hypertension patients admitted from Nov .2014 to Nov.2015 were selected to be divided in to group A and group B via the random number table , with 54 cases in each .Group A were treated with oral Irbesartan hydrochl orothiazide tablets, and group B received Amlodipine antihypertensive tablets , the treatment cycle was 8 weeks.The effects of antihypertensive treatment between two groups were compared by using the principle of pharmacoeconomics cost-effectiveness analysis .RESULTS: After treatment of 8 weeks, the total effective rates of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment of 2, 4, and 8 weeks, the level of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in group A were significantly lower than that of group B , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) . The C/E of group A was 2.3 , and group B was 3.6 , and the effects of cost-effectiveness in group A were better . CONCLUSIONS:The effects of Irbesartan hydrochl orothiazide tablets in treatment primary hypertension is remarkable , compared with Amlodipine antihypertensive tablets , it has few adverse drug reactions with economic advantages , and can improve the compliance of patients .It is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
