目的：探讨紫杉醇＋卡铂化疗联合放疗对中、晚期乳腺患者恶性肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法：选取2013年5月—2015年12月广州军区总医院收治的中、晚期乳腺癌患者80例，按照临床分期将患者分为中期（41例）和晚期（39例），2组患者均采用紫杉醇＋卡铂化疗联合放疗的治疗方法。观察治疗后细胞的毒性反应、乳腺癌细胞水平的变化，并比较临床疗效及预后。结果：治疗后，细胞的毒性反应主要表现为白细胞计数降低，其次是中性粒细胞减少症、血小板计数降低、血红蛋白含量降低；治疗后，中期患者的乳腺癌细胞水平为（35.93±9.04）个／5 ml，明显低于晚期患者的（121.73±33.47）个／5 ml，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中期患者的总缓解率、3年生存率、5年生存率均明显高于晚期患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中期患者的远处转移率明显低于晚期患者，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：紫杉醇＋卡铂化疗联合放疗对于中期乳腺癌患者恶性肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用更为显著，提早治疗乳腺癌可提高远期生存率，降低远处转移率。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the inhibitory effects of paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced breast cancer cell proliferation .METHODS:80 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted into Guangdong Military General Hospital from May 2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into mid-term group (41 cases)and advanced group (39 cases)according to the clinical stage .Two groups were given paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy .The toxicity of chemotherapy on cells , changes of level of human breast cancer cells were observed ,the clinical efficacy and long-term effects were compared between two groups . RESULTS:After treatment,the level of human breast cancer cells in mid-term group was (35.93 ±9.04)/5 ml,lower than that of advanced group (121.73 ±33.47)/5 ml,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total remission rate ,three-year survival rate , five-year survival rate of mid-term group were higher than those of advanced group ,with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The distant metastasis rate of of mid-term group was than that of advanced group ,with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The inhibitory effects of paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced breast cancer cell proliferation is remarkable .The long-term survival rate can be increased and the distant metastasis can be reduced by early treatment in patients with breast cancer .
