To establish the HPLC method for content determination of naringin in Weishukeli.METHODS:ODS-3 C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution ( V∶V =18∶82 ) with UV detector, the detection wavelength was 283 nm and the sample size was 10 μl. RESULTS:The Linear range of the naringin in concentration was 0.123 9-1.239 4 μg ( r =0.999 9 ) .The average recovery rate was 99.97%, RSD was 0.66%.CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of naringin in Weishukeli.%目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定胃舒颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸水溶液（ V∶V＝18∶82），检测仪器为紫外检测器，检测波长为283 nm；进样量为10μl。结果：柚皮苷质量浓度在0.1239～1.2394μg范围内线性关系良好（r＝0.9999），平均回收率为99.97％，RSD为0.66％。结论：本法测定柚皮苷简便、准确、重现性好，可用于胃舒颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定。
