OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for one case with severe community acquired pneumonia in anti-infection treatment by clinical pharmacists , so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs . METHODS:The clinical pharmacists participated into the adjustment of anti-infection treatment for one case with severe community acquired pneumonia and the evaluation of efficacy , and provided pharmaceutical care for the patient .RESULTS:The clinical pharmacists provided effective pharmaceutical care for the patient during the anti-infection treatment , timely identified the problems and proposed relevant solutions to improve the therapeutic effects .CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmacists participate into the treatment process of anti-infection treatment for patients , and provide necessary pharmaceutical care can improve the drug efficacy and safety and promote rational drug application .%目的：探讨临床药师参与重症社区获得性肺炎患者抗感染治疗的药学实践，为合理用药提供参考。方法：临床药师参与1例重症社区获得性肺炎患者抗感染治疗方案的调整及疗效评估，为重症社区获得性肺炎患者提供药学监护。结果：临床药师为该患者的临床抗感染治疗提供了有效的药学监护，及时发现了药物治疗中存在的问题，并提出了解决方案，提高了治疗效果。结论：临床药师积极参与患者的药物治疗过程，为患者提供必要的药学监护，可提高药物治疗的有效性和安全性，促进合理用药。
