OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for detecting whether aminopyrine has been illegally added in the anti-rheumatic and analgesic Chinese patent medicines.METHOSD: By RP-HPLC in which octadecylsilane bonded silica was used as a filler with mobile phase ( adjusted to pH 3.7 by diethylamide) consisting of methanol and 0.1%acetic acid solution ( V∶V=24∶76 ) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength of 260 nm and the column temperature of 25 ℃.RESULTS: The linear range of aminopyrine was 294.00-1 274.00 μg/ml with the minimum detection amount of 3 ng.CONCLUSIONS:This method is sensitive, simple, accurate and suitable for the detection of aminopyrine in anti-rheumatic and analgesic Chinese patent medicines.%目的:建立高效液相色谱法定性检测抗风湿及镇痛类中成药中是否非法添加氨基比林。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(二乙胺调节pH值至3.7)( V∶V=24∶76);流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为260 nm;柱温为25℃;结果:氨基比林进样量在294.00~1274.00μg/ml范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,最低检出量为3 ng。结论:此方法灵敏、简单、准确,适用于抗风湿及镇痛类中成药中氨基比林成分的检测。
