目的：了解焦作市第二人民医院用药咨询的开展情况，提高药学服务质量。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对该院2013年229例用药咨询资料进行统计分析。结果：咨询内容以药物信息居多，占23.14％；其次还有药品剂型、用药时间、用药方法等。结论：开展药学咨询服务，对指导患者安全、有效、合理用药具有重要意义。%OBJECTIVE:To analyze the status quo of drug counseling in Jiaozuo Municipal Second Peoples’Hospital so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. METHODS:The drug counseling records of a total of 229 cases in Jiaozuo Municipal Second Peoples’Hospital in 2013 were analyzed statistically by a retrospective method. RESULTS:The major content in the drug counseling were drug information (23.14%);followed with drug dose form,medication time,usage of drug,etc. CONCLU-SIONS:Drug counseling service is of great significance for guiding patients to achieve safe,effective and rational use of drugs.
