OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in Anyang Municipal Tumor Hospital. METHODS:150 patients undergoing typeⅠincision surgery from Jan. 2010 to June. 2011 in the hospital were assigned to non-inter-vention group, and another 150 patients undergoing typeⅠincision surgery from July 2011 to Dec. 2012 were assigned to interven-tion group. The antibiotic use in two groups was analyzed comparatively. RESULTS:The rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics was 98.67%in the non-intervention group as compared with 10.67%in the intervention group. After intervention, the prophylactic antibi-otics were all administered within 0.5-2 h before operation, and the rate of using antibiotics postoperatively for less than 24 h in-creased to 75.00%. CONCLUSIONS:The pharmaceutical intervention carried out in the hospital is feasible and effective.%目的：评价安阳市肿瘤医院围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况。方法：采用回顾性方法，将该院2010年1月至2011年6月住院行Ⅰ类切口手术的150份患者病历作为非干预组，2011年7月至2012年12月住院行Ⅰ类切口手术的150份患者病历作为干预组，比较两组患者抗菌药物的应用情况。结果：非干预组患者的抗菌药物预防性使用率达98.67％，干预组患者抗菌药物预防性使用率仅为10.67％；干预后患者预防性应用抗菌药物均在术前0.5～2 h内，术后用药时间小于24 h的比例提高至75.00％。结论：该院实施的干预措施具有可行性和有效性。
