人类通过船舶,特别是通过压载水运输传播外来水生物,此举会减少生物多样性、改变生态系统、影响人类健康并对某些区域造成经济损失,为此船舶压载水在近10年间引起了巨大关注.随着船舶压载水管理公约已达到生效条件并即将生效,该文分析了公约现状并对船舶营运企业提出了相关履约策略.%Through the transport of ships ,especially through ballast water ,human beings spread foreign aquatic organisms , which reduces biodiversity , changes ecosystems , affects human health , and causes economic losses in some areas .Therefore ,ship ballast water has attracted great attention in the last ten years . As the ship ballast water management convention has reached its effective conditions and will take effect soon , this paper analyzes the present situation of the convention and puts forward some relevant implementing strategies for the ship operating enterprises .
