In order to improve the efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment,Xinjiang Agricultural University,based on its actual management situation of large-scale instruments and equipment,adopts a series of measures, including strengthening the management of purchase of the large-scale instruments and equipment,building a large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform,and strengthening management and team building of large-scale instruments and equipment.All these measures have a positive influence on helping to improve the efficiency in the use of instruments and equipment.This paper also explores how to further improve the utilization ratio of instruments and equipment.%为提高大型仪器设备使用效益，新疆农业大学结合自身大型仪器设备管理情况实际，采取一系列的措施，包括加强大型仪器设备的购置管理，搭建大型仪器设备共享平台，加强大型仪器设备维护管理，加强大型仪器设备管理队伍建设等，对提高大型仪器设备使用效益起到积极的促进作用，并对进一步提高大型仪器设备使用率进行了思考。
