Aimed at the selection of indexes and the construction of model, the effect factors and hierarchy of anti-ship combat effectiveness evaluation of carrier aircraft inertial are analyzed. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, the evaluation index system is established, combined with anti-ship combat theory and practice, the synthesized index evaluation models are established. Finally, the usability is confirmed through the calculation example.%针对航母舰载机反舰作战能力评估指标的选取和分析以及计算模型的构建等关键问题,对舰载机反舰作战能力的影响因素及其层次结构进行了分析,运用层次分析法建立了评估指标体系,并结合反舰作战理论和实际建立了作战能力的综合指数计算模型,以4型舰载机的反舰作战能力评估为例,计算并检验了模型的可用性.
