天津市小学生早餐饮食行为及营养知识调查

[Objective] To investigate the breakfast behaviors and nutritional knowledge among primary students in Tianjin city to provide scientific evidence for targeted nutrition education.[Method] Random three-stage clustering sampling method was employed in the study.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 060 primary students in Tianjin city.[Result] The primary school students who reported eating breakfast everyday accounted for 57.38%.The rate of eating breakfast differed in different grade,the proportion of the students who ate breakfast everyday from grade 3 ~4 was relatively high,the students from grade 6 occupied the least ratio.Among the 878 pupils who didn't have breakfast or seldom had breakfast,80% of primary students expressed they hadn't enough time to eat breakfast or they didn't want to eat breakfast,and the proportion of the students from grade 4 ~ 6 who expressed they hadn't enough time to eat breakfast had increased.About 50% pupils felt hunger after the third class,and there was significant difference among different grads.Among all the pupils,56.75% believed that breakfast was very important,17.87% thought that breakfast was not important,and there was significant difference among different grade,of those,the ratio reached up to 30% of the students from grade 6.The ratio of students in various grade who liked the breakfast prepared by their parents tended to drop with grade growth.[Conclusion] Breakfast behaviors of primary students in Tianjin city is far from satisfaction.It is necessary to carry out targeted nutrition education to improve the nutritional quality of breakfast for better health of students.%目的:了解天津市小学生早餐饮食行为及营养知识现状,为开展有针对性的营养宣教提供科学依据.方法:采用分层抽样的方法,从天津市抽取2 060名小学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集他们的早餐营养知识及饮食行为资料并进行评价.结果:每天吃早餐的小学生为1 182人,占57.38%,不同年级间,学生早餐食用比例有差别,其中3、4年级小学生每天吃早餐的比例相对较高,6年级小学生最低.80%的小学生不吃早餐的原因为“没有足够时间”和“没有胃口”,其中4、5、6年级的小学生因为“没有足够时间”不吃早餐的比例有所上升.在第三节课就感到饥饿的小学生约50%左右,不同年级间存在显著性差异.56.75%的小学生认为早餐对他们非常重要,17.87%的小学生认为早餐的重要性一般,不同年级间存在显著性差异,其中六年级的学生比重达30%.随着年级的增长,喜欢家长准备的饭菜的学生所占的比重逐渐下降.结论:天津市小学生早餐食用频率低,小学生对营养早餐的了解不够全面和深入,应加强早餐营养宣教,改善小学生的早餐饮食行为.
