The definition of collagen was not clear and the criterions issued as QB, GB, SB and JYB were different, which has detained the development of collagen industry. Based on the previous research results, the definition of collagen, the determination method and items need provided in a standard were suggested, which will provide beneficial suggestions to set down the proper national standard for collagen products.%目前,胶原蛋白产品主要存在着称谓不明确,国家标准、原轻工部标准、商业部标准以及各企业标准要求的内容各不相同等问题,这极大的制约了胶原蛋白产业科学有序的发展.为此,以前期研究结果为依据,对胶原蛋白产品的称谓进行了界定,同时对胶原蛋白的测定方法及测定项目给出建议,以期为适用范围相对广泛的标准制定提供参考意见.
