即食型乳酸菌菌粉改善肠道健康的研究

         

摘要

研究即食型乳酸菌对有便秘表现者肠道健康状况的影响,以期为功能性乳酸菌菌粉开发提供理论支持.选取27名有便秘症状的志愿者进行即食型乳酸菌菌粉的试饮,试验时间共计4周,试验第一周,志愿者仅填写《便性调查表》,不食用样品,试验第二、三周志愿者每天饮用样品(每天2袋,2 g/袋),同时继续填写《便性调查表》,试验第四周志愿者仅填写《便性调查表》,根据4周的《便性调查表》对结果进行统计分析.结果表明:与对照组(试验第一周)相比,便性调查表涉及的9项指标中有7项出现了显著性差异(p<0.05),分别为排便次数、粪便颜色、粪便形状、粪便硬度、粪便量、粪便气味及排便时感觉.即食型乳酸菌在一定程度上能够有效改善便秘人群的肠道健康.%This paper was conducted to analysis the possible influence on constipational patients' intestinal health using the instant type Lactobacillus powder. In order to provide theoretical support for the development of lactic acid bacteria powder, 27 patients with constipation symptom volunteers were selected for this study. This study lasted for 4 weeks . In the first week and the last week, volunteers filled in the questionnaire without eating the instant type Lactobacillus powder,the middle weeks volunteers filled in the questionnaire and eating the in-stant type Lactobacillus powder. Then process the data and use the results to evaluate the function of the bacteria powder. Results showed that 7 indicators were appeared significant difference (p<0.05) in the 9 indicators of the questionnaire include the parameters of defecation frequency, fecal color,fecal shape, stool hardness, amount of feces, feces smell and feeling during defecation. The results suggested that the instant type Lacto-bacillus powder can effectively improve constipation crowd intestinal health in a certain extent.
