以小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7为模型研究马齿苋多糖对细胞吞噬能力的影响,刺激产生NO含量,释放IL-6、TNF-α来考察其对巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响.结果表明马齿苋多糖可通过增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,释放免疫因子等方面增强巨噬细胞免疫活性.%The effects of purslane polysaccharides on phagocytosis of macrophages RAW264.7 were determined to stimulate the production of NO content, to release of IL-6, TNF-α to investigate the immune activity of macrophages. The results show that purslane polysaccharides can enhance macrophage phagocytosis, release of immune factors to enhance the macrophage immune activity.
