气质法快速测定畜禽肉中4种β-兴奋剂的前处理新技术研究

         

摘要

A simple and efficient of new pretreatment technology was researched for determination of terbu-taline, clenbuterol, salbutamol, ractopamine in livestock and poultry meat by GC-MS. The minced pork sample was ultrasonically extracted by 5%perchloric acid and centrifuged at 10 000 r/min for 15 min,then the super-natant w as purified by an WCX cartridge,the eluate was derivatizated and assyed by GC/MS then. The linear range of the method was 50μg/L-1 000μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.995, The average recovery a-mong 84.32%and 103.15%, relative standard deviations(RSD) between 1.35%and 4.78%, which indicated the research method was accurate and reliable.%研究气相色谱-质谱测定畜禽肉中特布他林、克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇和莱克多巴胺的简便、高效、准确的前处理技术。将绞碎的肉样品用5%高氯酸超声波提取,再以10000 r/min离心15 min后,上清液用WCX固相萃取柱进行富集净化,衍生化后检测。4种兴奋剂在50μg/L~1000μg/L的范围具有良好线性,相关系数在0.995以上,加标回收率在84.32%~103.15%之间,RSD在1.35%~4.78%之间,表明试验方法准确可靠。
