采用热水浸提法对金花葵茎的可溶性糖进行了提取,分离以及纯化,并对可溶性糖的组分进行了单糖组成分析和体外抗氧化性研究.气相分析结果表明,中性糖含有4种单糖组分,仅葡萄糖占72%,酸性糖含有5种单糖组分,较中性糖复杂.红外结果显示,两种组分糖都具有典型糖结构,其中酸性糖中含有明显的糖醛酸结构.抗氧化性实验表明,酸性糖较中性糖的抗氧化性更强,且都具有量的依赖性.%Using hot water to extract soluble carbohydrate from stalk of Aurea Helianthus, then study on separa-tion, purification , monosaccharides composition analysis and antioxidant activity in vitro. Gas analysis showed neutral carbohydrate contained four kinds of monosaccharides, which accounted for 72%glucose. Acidic carbo-hydrate containing five kinds of monosaccharides was more complex than neutral carbohydrate. FTIR result showed that the two components of carbohydrate have the typical structure of carbohydrate, acidic carbohydrate contained obvious uronic acid structure . Antioxidant experiments showed that acidic carbohydrate had more sig-nificant antioxidant effects than neutral carbohydrate, and the antioxidant effects depended on the amount.
