桃叶鸦葱根中总黄酮的提取工艺

         

摘要

测定桃叶鸦葱根中总黄酮的含量,考察总黄酮抗氧化活性。采用正交设计优化总黄酮提取工艺,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。采用碘量法测定不同剂量总黄酮对H2O2的作用,采用分光光度法测定其对·OH的作用。桃叶鸦葱根中总黄酮含量为0.9294%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=2.87%(n=3)。桃叶鸦葱总黄酮的体外抗氧化作用具有一定剂量依赖性,对H2O2及·OH达到50%清除率所需浓度(IC50)分别为浓度为1.178 g/mL及2.26×10-2 g/mL。桃叶鸦葱总黄酮有一定抗氧化作用。%To determine the content of Flavonoid in scorzonera sinensis. To observe Antioxidative activity of scorzonera sinensis Flavonoid. The best method was chosen to carry on orthogonal design for extraction technology. UV were used to determine the content of Flavonoid. Iodometric and Spectrophotometry were used to determine the effects of Flavonoid on H2O2 and·OH. The Flavonoid in scorzonera sinensis was 0.929 4%,RSD=2.87 %(n=3). The IC50 on H2O2 and o OH were 1.178 g/mL and 2.26 ×10-2 g/mL. Flavonoid of scorzonera sinensis has a strong ability to resistance oxidation.
