葛花固体解酒饮料的初步研制

         

摘要

With Flos Pueraria and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae as raw materials ,a plant solid beverage containing total flavonoids was developed. Through orthogonal test ,the optimal condition of the Flos Pueraria solid beverage were determined as follows :Medicinal material was soaked 1 hours and eatracted twice by 2 h and 1.5 h,add 10 times and 8 times water. Respectively determined the nature for Flos Pueraria and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.The method of ultraviolet spectroscopy was used to determine the content for total flavonoids. The total flavonoids was 2.53 g/100 g in this solid beverage.%介绍以葛花、陈皮等为原材料,生产富含总黄酮的植物固体饮料.通过正交试验确定固体饮料的最佳水提工艺为:药材浸泡1 h,提取2次,第一次加入10倍量的水,提取2 h,第二次加入8倍量的水,提取1.5 h.分别对葛花和陈皮定性鉴别;采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,该固体饮料中总黄酮的百分比含量为2.53 g/100 g.
