纳豆激酶对过度训练致大鼠胃溃疡干预效果的研究

         

摘要

研究纳豆激酶对过度训练致大鼠胃溃疡的影响.在力竭运动及运动性胃溃疡模型基础上,将30只雄性SD大鼠分为安静组、力竭组和力竭加药组,6周训练结束后测定体重、胃组织过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及溃疡指数.结果表明,与安静组比较,力竭组大鼠在训练的第5周、第6周体重有显著降低,大鼠胃组织SOD、GSH-Px含量显著降低, MDA含量极显著升高;与力竭组比较,力竭加药组大鼠体重显著升高,大鼠胃组织SOD、GSH-Px含量显著升高,MDA含量及溃疡指数显著降低.研究表明,纳豆激酶能够增加机体抗氧化能力,改善胃黏膜微循环,从而明显改善过度训练导致的运动应激性胃溃疡.%To study nattokinase on gastric ulcer induced by overtraining rat. Male overtraining rats were used as research rats. 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups: quiet group, exhaustive exercise group and exhaustive exercise medication group. Training continuing for 6 weeks. Weight of rats, the ulcer index of rats, the content of SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, NOS and ET changes are measured. Compared with quiet group, in overtraining group, weight of overtraining phase, the level of SOD, GSH-Px contents are significantly lower, while the level of MDA is higher. Compared with overtraining group , in exhaustive exercise medication group , weight of overtraining phase, the level of SOD, GSH-Px contents are notably rising, the level of MDA and ulcer index are falling. For the study, nattokinase can increase the body's antioxidant capacity, improve microcirculation of the gastric mucosa, thus leading to a significant improvement in overtraining exercise stress ulcer.
