超高效液相色谱法测定食品中的脱氢乙酸

         

摘要

Aim To establish an UPLC method for the determination of Dehydroacetic acid in food Methods The UPLC system consisted of CAPCELL PAK MG-C18 column, 10 %CH3OH,0.02 mol/L Ammonium acetate (pH7.0-8.0)as a mobile phase, with a detection wavelength at 293 nm. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range was between 0 and 200 μg/mL, R2=0.999 4. The recoveries for Dehydroaetic acid products were 97.6%-101.2%. Minimum delectability was 1μg/mL and the RSD was less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used in the detection of Dehydroacetic acid in food.%建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定各类食品中脱氢乙酸的方法采用CAPCELL PAK MG-C18柱,10%甲醇-90%0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(pH=7.0~8.5)作为流动相,流速为0.5 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为293 nm。在0~200μg/mL范围内各组分峰面积与相应浓度呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9994,加标回收率为97.6%~101.2%,最低检出限为1μg/mL,方法精密度相对标准偏差小于10%。该方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,分离效能好,适合对食品中脱氢乙酸的测定。
