建立一种毛细管气相色谱法测定白酒中乙酸乙酯含量的方法。在白酒检测中,由于乙酸乙酯与乙缩醛极性相近而难以分离。通过选择适当毛细管色谱柱,优化分析过程中的色谱条件,实现乙酸乙酯与乙缩醛良好分离,无其他杂质干扰,采用内标法定量。结果表明,方法的检出限(信噪比S/N=3)为0.04 mg/L,加标回收率范围为97.7%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.18%,该方法满足白酒中乙酸乙酯的检测要求。%Detect the ethyl acetate in distilled spirit using capillary gas chromatography method. In distilled spirit detection , the ethyl acetate and acetal was extremely difficult to be separated because of their extremely similar polarity. Choosing appropriate capillary chromatographic column, optimize the chromatographic condition of analysis process. Ethyl acetate and acetal separate better, had no other impurity interference and the ethyl acetate in distilled spirit were quantified by internal standard method. The results showed method detection limit (S/N=3) 0.04 mg/L, the labeled recovery range from 97.7%to 101.0%, relative standard deviation (RSD)was less than 2.18%, this method was suitable for the determination of ethyl acetate in distilled spirit.
