Since the 1990s,the process of economic globalization has grew quickly and the new international division of labor has deepened increasingly.The division of labor that was professional among the industries,and that was different within the industry,to that is subdivided in depth on products,are making new challenges to China,which is taking part in the interna-tional division of labor in the form of export processing.There was an empirical analysis about the influencing factors of the new international division of labor on the international competitiveness of China’s export -processing industry in the direction and degree.And it is concluded that the human capital level,the economic scale,the level of industrial development and the level of foreign direct investment can promote to raise the international competitiveness of China’s export -processing industry.Then putting forward that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of independent innovation system and guide the industry to car-ry out the strategy of “going out”,to promote the international competitiveness of China’s export -processing industry.%20世纪90年代以来，经济全球化进程加快，新型国际分工日益深化，从专业化的产业间分工、差别化的产业内分工到深入细分的产品内分工，对以出口加工形式参与国际分工的中国提出新的挑战。通过实证分析新型国际分工对中国出口加工业国际竞争力影响因素的影响方向和程度，得出人力资本水平、经济规模与工业发展水平和外商直接投资水平的提高均对中国出口加工业国际竞争力的提升具有促进作用，提出提升中国出口加工业国际竞争力还需加快自主创新体系建设，引导加工业实施“走出去”战略。
