利用浮游动物评价不同类型养殖水体营养状况

         

摘要

2008年8月对湖南省常德市6种不同养殖类型水体(三角帆蚌养殖水体、外河、粗放式养殖水体、滤食性鱼类养殖水体、草食性鱼类养殖水体、肉食性鱼类养殖水体)的浮游动物进行了调查.结果显示:三角帆蚌养殖水体和滤食性养殖水体中优势种为砂壳虫(Difflugia),草食性鱼类养殖水体和肉食性鱼类养殖水体中优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)和针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla);Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')外河最最小,为0.2661,三角帆蚌养殖水体最高为3.7040.浮游动物的总生物量均值外河最小为1.587 mg/L,草食性鱼类养殖水体最大为2.627 mg/L.利用浮游动物种类、多样性、生物量和密度评价水体状况,此次调查的6个水体中,外河与滤食性鱼类养殖2种水体属于贫营养型水体,肉食性鱼类养殖等其他4种水体属于中营养型水体.%In August 2008, the zooplankton in 6 different waters for Hyroopsis cumingii culture, river, exteusiverculture filter-feeding fish culture, herbivorous fish culture and carnivorous fish culture were sampled in Changde City of Hunan Province. The species composition, density and diversity of zooplankton communities were analyzed. The results showed that Difflugia was the dominant species in the waters Hyriopsis cumingiiculture and filter-feeding fish culture. Brachiorus calyciflorus Pallas and Polyarthra trigla were the dominant species in the water for herbivorous fish and carnivorous fish.The shannon-wiener diversity index (H’) ranged from 0. 2661 to 3. 7040, the lowest was in river water and the highest was in Hyriopsis cumingii water. The average boss of zooplankton was the lowest in river with 1. 587 mg/L, and the highest in herbivorous fish water with 2. 627mg/L. Water quality assessment was calculated by species, diversity index, boss and density of zooplankton. It was indicated that two of the six waters were oligotrophic waters, and the other four waters were mesotrophic waters.
