staphyleaceae plants cover 60 species of 5 genera which have many different values. Some of them contain oil which can make soap. Bark can be used to extract tannin extract and flowers and fruits have ornamental value, etc. The medicinal value, chemical composition and pharmacological action are reviewed in this paper, described according to the classification of compounds. The plant mainly contains terpenoids, monopotanes, flavonoids and their glycosides, phenolic acids and other major components. Its biological activities include detumescence, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, bacteriostatic, anticancer, immunity and other important functions. This paper reviews the chemical and pharmacological activities studies on the plant in order to provide some references for further research on the staphyleaceae medicinal plants.%省沽油科植物涵盖了5属60种, 类型较多且具有不同的价值.其中部分属植物种子含油, 可制皂, 树皮可用于提取栲胶, 花和果实有观赏价值等.本文主要总结了其中具有药用价值的植物的化学成分和药理作用, 根据化合物类型分类进行阐述.该科植物主要含有萜类、大柱烷类、黄酮及其苷类、酚酸类化合物等主要成分;其生物活性包括消肿、消炎、镇痛、抑菌、抗癌、提升免疫力等重要作用.本文对本科植物的化学研究及药理活性进行系统的综述, 以期对该科药用植物的进一步研究提供一定参考.
