华蟾素对大鼠膀胱癌组织VEGF及微血管密度的影响

         

摘要

目的 观察华蟾素对膀胱癌模型大鼠组织VEGF及微血管密度影响.方法 将45只SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、华蟾素组,每组15只,正常对照组正常饲养,以BBN诱发大鼠膀胱癌作为模型对照组,以建模同时接受华蟾素膀胱灌注的大鼠作为华蟾素组,比较各组大鼠组织VEGF及微血管密度.结果 华蟾素组大鼠VEGF表达显著降低(P<0.05),模型对照组膀胱组织VEGF呈高表达;华蟾素组大鼠微血管密度低于模型对照组(P<0.05),模型对照组微血管密度高于正常对照组(P<0.05).结论 华蟾素可有效降低膀胱癌模型大鼠VEGF表达,降低其微血管密度,从而抑制膀胱癌细胞生长、转移.%Objective To observe the effects of VEGF and microvascular density by cinobufacin on bladder cancer model rats tissue. Methods A total of 45 SD rats were divided into normal control group,model control group and cinobufacin group with 15 rats in each group,normal control group with normal breeding,with BBN induced bladder cancer as a model control group,at the same time the cinobufacin were infused into bladder of rats in cinobufacin group(P<0. 05). Compared VEGF and microvascular density of every group. Results The cinobufacin group of VEGF expression reduced (P<0.05),the model control group of bladder tissue VEGF expression was high. Microvascular density of the cinobufacin group was lower than that of model control group(P<0.05), Microvascular density of the model control group was higher than that of normal control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The cinobufacin can effectively reduce VEGF expression and microvasculardensity of bladder cancer model rats to inhibit bladder cancer cell growth and metastasis.
