The management of chemistry laboratory was discussed from the use of chemical medicine, the preparation works for chemistry experiment and the recycling of waste liquid. University chemistry experiment's preparation will influence on the accuracy of experimental results and the experiment teaching quality. And some suggestions about how to be a qualified chemistry laboratory technician were put forward. Focused on management of university chemical laboratory, several typical problems were briefly summarized in this work. Subsequently, a series of corresponding measures were also carefully proposed. And the teaching quality was improved.
