紫外分光光度法测定不同来源藤三七中总皂苷和总黄酮含量

         

摘要

目的 研究不同来源藤三七不同部位中总皂苷和总黄酮含量.方法 采用紫外可见分光光度测定恒温回流提取藤三七样品中总皂苷和总黄酮的含量,同时比较不同来源藤三七不同部位中总皂苷和总黄酮含量的差异.结果 永州野生藤三七叶中含总皂苷32.95 mg·g-1,含总黄酮19.23 mg·g-1,茎中含皂苷11.22 mg·g-1,含总黄酮7.98 mg·g-1,珠芽中含皂苷36.70 mg·g-1,含总黄酮5.93 mg·g-1,根中含总皂苷13.14 mg·g-1,含总黄酮6.32 mg·g-1;隆回栽培藤三七叶中含总皂苷14.22 mg·g-1,含总黄酮9.68 mg·g-1,茎中含总皂苷17.98 mg·g-1,含总黄酮16.26 mg·g-1,珠芽中含皂苷16.39 mg·g-1,含总黄酮2.97 mg·g-1,根中含皂苷14.53 mg·g-1,含总黄酮2.36 mg·g-1.结论 永州野生藤三七中总皂苷和总黄酮含量比隆回栽培藤三七中总皂苷和总黄酮含量要高,其中永州野生藤三七珠芽中总皂苷的含量最高,叶中总黄酮的含量最高.%Objective To research the contents of total saponins and total flavonids in different parts of Panax notoginseng from different origins.Method The contents of total saponins and total flavonoids from Panax notoginseng were extracted by constant temperature reflux and detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, then we compare the difference of the contents of the data.Results The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in leaves of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were 32.95 mg·g-1and 19.23 mg·g-1, respectively. The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in stem of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were 11.22 mg·g-1and 7.98 mg·g-1, respectively.The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in bulbils of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were 36.70 mg·g-1and 5.93 mg·g-1, respectively. The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in root of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were 13.14 mg·g-1and 6.32mg·g-1, respectively.The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in leaves of cultivated Panax notoginseng from Longhui were 14.22 mg·g-1and 9.68 mg·g-1,respectively. The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in stem of cultivated Panax notoginseng from Longhui were 17.98 mg·g-1and 16.26 mg·g-1,respectively.The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in bulbils of cultivated Panax notoginseng from Longhui were 16.39 mg·g-1and 2.97 mg·g-1, respectively. The contents of total saponins and flavonoids in root of cultivated Panax notoginseng from Longhui were 14.53 mg·g-1and 2.36 mg·g-1,respectively.Conclusion The contents of total saponins and flavonoids of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were higher than those in cultivated Panax notoginseng from Longhui. The contents of total saponins in bulbils of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou were the highest,the contents of total flavonoids in leaves of wild Panax notoginseng from Yongzhou is the highest.
