The oxidation process is a defense mechanism of body, and can maintain the homeostasis balance. Excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) could induce the occurrence of a number of diseases. ROS plays an important role in hepatocellular necrosis and hepatic stellate cell activation in liver fibrosis, suggesting a role of the ROS in HSC activation. Recent study revealed that ROS was associated with the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis, and plaid an important role at different stages of disease. We summarize most years of some research of the system of ROS in Liver fibrosis, to illustrate the important role of ROS in liver fibrosis, and treatment of liver fibrosis through ROS system.% 氧化过程是机体的一种防御机制,其目的在于维持内环境的稳态。但过量的活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)却会诱发一些疾病的产生。在肝脏纤维化中,ROS在肝细胞坏死、肝星状细胞增殖过程中同样起着重要的作用。研究发现,ROS在不同肝纤维化发病过程中参与整个肝纤维化的发病过程,且作用不同。ROS 这些新的研究成果将有助于揭示肝纤维的形成机理和开发新型抗肝纤维化药物的研究。文章列举出最年来在肝纤维化过程中对ROS系统的研究,来说明ROS在肝纤维化中的重要作用,及通过ROS系统可以治疗肝纤维化。
