本研究以苄基氯、叠氮化钠、乙炔气体为原料,以铜催化下环加成为关键反应制备得1.苄基.1,2,3-三唑中间体,该中间体在钯,碳催化氢化下合成lH-l,2,3-三氨唑,总产率为70%。该方法反应条件温和,三废排放少。%From benzyl chloride, sodium azide and acetylene gas as raw material, this paper reported the copper-catalyzed cycloaddition reaction to prepare 1-benzyl-l,2,3-triazole intermediate, and in the Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation, 1H-1,2,3-triazole was synthesized from the intermediate. The total yield was up to 70 %. The method was a condition-warm and waste discharge-little process.
