目的：探讨中西医结合治疗腹部术后炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法收集我院2013年5月—2015年8月收治的术后炎性肠梗阻患者50例前瞻性研究且随机分为两组，每组25例，对照组患者给予常规西医支持治疗，实验组则加服自拟通腑汤与加施针灸，比较两组患者临床治疗效果与治疗相关指标。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；实验组患者排气时间、排便时间、腹围恢复时间、水样便时间与胃液清亮时间显著低于对照组，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗腹部术后炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效显著，具有借鉴性。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery .Methods Collecting 50 cases of patients with inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2015, they were randomly divided into two groups .25 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine and supportive treatment .25 cases in the experimental group were given self-made Tongfu decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group .The clinical effect and treatment-related indicators were compared .Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The exhaust time , defecation , abdominal circumference recovery time , watery stool time and gastric juice watery time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01).Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery has significantly clinical effect , and it has reference .
