综合实验——谷氨酸铜单晶的制备及其晶体结构分析

         

摘要

A comprehensive experiment: synthesis of copper glutamate and its crystal structure was introduced. The single crystal of copper glutamate was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction with glutamic acid and cupric subcarbonate as raw materials. X ray single crystal diffraction was carried out on the single crystal, and analysis of crystal structure indicated that the crystal belonged to the orthogonal system with space group P212121, and its crystal structure was analyzed. The raw material of this experiment was nontoxic or low toxic. The synthetic method was simple and the synthetic condition was broad. It was a recommendable comprehensive experiment.%介绍了一个综合化学实验: 谷氨酸铜单晶的制备及其晶体结构分析.该实验以碱式碳酸铜和谷氨酸为原料,通过水热合成方法合成了谷氨酸铜单晶.对单晶进行了X射线单晶衍射, 实验结果表明, 谷氨酸铜配合物属正交晶系, P21 2121空间群.并对其晶体结构进行了分析.本实验原料无毒或低毒, 合成方法简单, 合成条件宽泛, 是一个值得推荐的综合实验.
