类石墨烯二硫化钼的制备与应用研究

         

摘要

Graphene-like molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 ) is a two-dimensional semiconductor with an ultrathin layered structure and an appreciable direct band gap of 1. 9 eV. Having excellent physical and chemical properites from its special layered structure of the hexagonal system, Graphene-like molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 ) has been receiving much research interest. Preparation methods of Graphene-like molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 ) were reviewed, advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were discussed. Some application of graphene-like molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 ) , such as nanoelectronics devices, optoelectronics devices, and sensors, were prenested. The development of Graphene-like molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 ) in the future was prospected.%类石墨烯二硫化钼( MoS2)是一种具有超薄层状结构并具有直接带隙约为1.9 eV的新颖二维半导体材料,因其特殊的六方晶系结构而具有优异的光学、电学、电化学等方面的性质,成为新的研究热点。本文简单介绍了类石墨烯二硫化钼( MoS2)的几种常用制备方法及优缺点,总结了类石墨烯二硫化钼( MoS2)在纳米电子器件,光电子器件和传感器领域的应用及其研究进展,对类石墨烯二硫化钼( MoS2)未来的发展进行了展望。
