By analyzing the diversity and professionalization of western higher education,and combining with the rapid development of heavy chemical comprehensive conditions in China,the concept that combining with the needs of social enterprise was put forward to make the higher education of chemistry and chemical engineering professional,reforming the way of the higher education of chemistry and chemical engineering through seting school-run professional web sites,and operating the career guidance courses and other ways to improve employment.Through legislation and other forms to encourage enterprises to absorb staff,and encourage college students to make production facilities of the heavy chemical engineering,and creat employment opportunities by themselves.%通过分析西方高等教育职业化及多元化的状况,并结合我国重化工迅猛发展的综合国情,提出结合社会企业需求进行高等化学化工教育职业化,改革我国化学化工高等教育教育方式,通过开办校办专业型网站、就业指导课的开设等各种方式改进就业等。通过立法等形式鼓励企业吸纳员工就业,并鼓励大学生为重化工企业进行生产配套,自我创造就业机会。
