Objective To explore the clinical significance of nursing measures informed in advance of thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism adverse drug reactions.Methods Select 70 cases hospitalized in our hospital endocrinology of thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 35 cases used the basic nursing measures. Experimental group 35 cases on the based of using told beforehand that thyroid function in patients with hyperthyroidism adverse drug reactions, comparison of two groups of patients KPS and SAS score.Results Experimental group KPS and SAS score is better than the control group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with thyroid function hyperfunction told in advance the drug adverse reaction, and take the corresponding nursing measures, improve the quality of life, relieve patients' anxiety, is worth popularizing in clinical.%目的：探讨提前告知甲状腺功能亢进患者药物不良反应的护理措施的临床意义。方法选取70例在我院内分泌科住院的甲状腺功能亢进患者，随机分为试验组与对照组，对照组35例，采用基本护理措施。试验组35例，在对照组的基础上采用提前告知甲状腺功能亢进患者药物不良反应的护理措施，比较两组患者的KPS及SAS评分。结果试验组KPS及SAS评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对甲状腺功能亢进患者提前告知其药物的不良反应，并采取相应的护理措施，提高生活质量，缓解患者的焦虑情绪，值得在临床推广。
