目的：讨论经阴道超声、腹部超声及其联合诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2014年1月2100例急腹症就诊高度疑似异位妊娠患者资料，分别对患者进行经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查与联合检查。以开腹手术、随访与腹腔镜探查等方式作为综合诊断的标准。结果经腹部超声检查后，检查出异位妊娠患者1909例，并发其他病症患者35例，检出率为92.57%（1944/2100）；经阴道超声检查后，检查出异位妊娠者1951例，并发其他病症患者53例，检出率为95.43%（2004/2100）；经联合诊断，检查出异位妊娠者1972例，并发其他病症患者66例，检出率为97.05%（2038/2100）。结论经阴道超声检查异位妊娠的准确率高于经腹超声检查，二者联合应用，更具诊断价值。%Objective Discuss transvaginal ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound and their combined diagnostic clinical value for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyse 2100 cases of acute abdomen clinic patient data highly suspected ectopic pregnancy of our hospital between January 2011 and January 2014. Respectively examine the patients by transvaginal ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound and joint inspection. Take the open surgery, follow-up and laparoscopic exploration as a comprehensive diagnostic criteria. Results After abdominal ultrasound, check out 1909 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients, 35 patients complicated by other conditions, the detection rate of 92.57%(1944/2100). After transvaginal ultrasound, check out 1951 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 53 patients complicated by other illnesses, the detection rate of 95.43%(2004/2100). Through joint diagnosis, check out 1972 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 66 patients complicated by other illnesses, the detection rate of 97.05%(2038/2100). Conclusion The analysis by transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accuracy than abdominal ultrasonography. Their combination has more diagnostic value.
