目的：探讨烧伤的护理研究，总结对烧伤的护理体会。方法对2010年1月至2014年1月我院收治的66例烧伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院护理人员在对其进行烧伤护理的基础上，为其提供健康教育、心理护理等护理，观察这所有患者的护理效果。结果66例烧伤患者中，65例全部痊愈出院，无1例植皮。治愈率达98.5%。平均住院时间为（17±5.4）d。1例患者因大面积烧伤转院治疗后好转。结论在烧伤患者的临床护理中，医护人员为患者提供健康教育，心理护理等等护理不仅能改善护患关系、提高诊疗的效果，还能增强患者的自我保健意识、缩短住院的时间。%Objective To investigate nursing research burns, burns summary of Nursing.Methods from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital clinical data on 66 cases of burn patients were studied retrospectively. Nursing staff in its burn care on the basis of providing health education, psychological care, nursing care effects observed in all patients.Results 66 cases of burn patients, 65 were discharged of all, none of skin grafting. The cure rate was 98.5%. The average length of stay was(17±5.4)d. One patient with extensive burns after treatment improved referral.Conclusions In clinical care of burn patients, health care workers to provide patients with health education, psychological care, and so not only can improve care and nurse-patient relationship, improve treatment results, but also to enhance the patient's self-care awareness, shorten hospital stays.
