Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of topiramate for the treatment of chronic migraine. Methods 120 cases of chronic migraine in our hospital from October 2009 to February 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group, patients in the treatment group were treated by topiramate, patients in the control group were treated by Flunarizine, observe the total effective rate of tow groups after 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.33 %,and the control group was 70.00 %. The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Topiramate is a safe and effective treatment for chronic migraine.%目的：观察托吡酯治疗慢性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年10月至2013年2月诊治的慢性偏头痛患者120例，随机分为两组，每组60例，治疗组予托吡酯治疗，对照组予氟桂利嗪治疗，治疗3个月，统计两组的治疗总有效率。结果两组的总有效率分别为78.33%和70.00%。托吡酯治疗组优于氟桂利嗪治疗组（P ＜0.05）。结论托吡酯治疗慢性偏头痛安全有效。
