Objective To discuss the clinical effect of benazepril hydrochloride in assisting treatment for EDN. Method 112 cases of EDN were retrospectively analyzed and divided into 2 groups both with 56 cases. The 2 groups were given respectively enazepril hydrochloride and atorvastatin for assisted treatment. Laboratory indicators and clinical effects of the 2 groups after 2 weeks of medication treatment were compared. Result After treatment, BUN of enazepril hydrochloride group was (6.08±2.01)mmol/L obviously lower than atorvastatin group (8.01±2.89)mmol/L, Cr was (113.22± 12.99)µmol/L obviously higher than atorvastatin group (95.3±12.47)µmol/L. Effective rate was 83.9%obviously higher than atorvastatin group 69.7%. Conclusion Benazepril hydrochloride in assisting treatment for EDN can effectively improve each indicators of kidney function. It has good clinical effect and is worth of being popularized in clinical work.%目的：讨论盐酸贝那普利在辅助早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年4月至2013年4月期间因糖尿病并发早期肾病入住我院治疗患者112例，按计划分为2组，每组各56例，分别予以盐酸贝那普利和阿托伐他汀进行辅助治疗，比较2组患者用药后2周后实验室指标和临床疗效。结果盐酸贝那普利组治疗后尿素氮（BUN）（6.08±2.01）mmol/L明显低于阿托伐他汀组（8.01±2.89）mmol/L，肌酐清除率（Cr）（113.22±12.99）µmol/L明显高于阿托伐他汀组（95.3±12.47）µmol/L，显效率83.9%显著高于阿托伐他汀组69.7%。结论盐酸贝那普利辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病有效改善肾功能各项指标，临床疗效好，推荐临床广泛应用。
